Can I share/use your art?
- Reselling my work, editing it or using it on AI without my permission is prohibited.- Sharing my work is allowed, leave a link or my credits for what you share.- Using my work for profile or banners is allowed, but remember to leave credits in your bio.
Do you accept payment plans?
I accept this type of payment when the price of the service is more than 500+ USD.
Do you accept reservations?
Yes ! It is a non-refundable payment of $20 USD and it will have a reservation duration of 3 months.
Where are the waiting lists?
To maintain the privacy of my clients and the projects I am working on I do not have them publicly available.You can ask me directly about my progress with other commissions or what position you are in.
Can I order something from you that is not in your services?

Terms of Service
I am allowed to refuse any commission requested.
I have the right to share the finished commission to the public and to my portfolio unless otherwise requested.
If you publish my work please credit @WanWan_ARTE.
You are not allowed to claim or credit my work as your own.
Please allow 1-3 business days response time.
I will keep the files confidential (PSD/CMO3) and they will not be used for other media.
Client won't be allowed to resell the piece unless agreed upon.
The payment must be by Paypal and must include the tax. If you reside in Chile by wire transfer
Additional charges may apply if the artwork needs to be rushed.
I have the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time.
When the sketch is confirmed, you must pay the total amount. Once payment is made, work will begin.
You may cancel your commission at any time before the coloring process has begun. For other services a partial refund may be discussed.
If any design commission is cancelled, I have the right to put the character up for adoption.
The work period will be at least one week or one month depending on the complexity, the number of corrections required and the time available.
Work updates will be sent throughout the process. As a client, you are free to ask for corrections during the progress.
For a better job try to give appropriate details of your desired character, design or reference.
When displaying WIP updates, corrections can be requested.
Unlimited corrections can be requested, but if the change takes longer than expected time charges may apply.
Minor corrections can be made on completed work only if I have made a mistake.
Major corrections after the work is completed or nearly completed may incur a fee.
